26 And if a man strikes his servant's eye or his maidservant's eye and it is destroyed then the servant goes free because of the eye. 27 And if his servant's tooth or his maidservant's tooth is knocked out then the servant goes free because of the tooth.

28 And if an ox gores a man or a woman and he dies then the ox shall surely be stoned and not eaten with the herd and the ox's master is innocent. 29 And if an ox has gored in the past and its master is warned and he doesn't keep it contained and a man or woman dies then the ox shall be stoned and its master shall die.

34 the master of the well will pay restitution. He will pay money to the owner of the dead beast and it will be his. 35 If a man's ox gores his neighbor's ox and it dies they sell the ox and share its price and also the dead one belongs to both.
