According to John 20: 24-29: Jesus and Thomas
24 And one of the twelve, Thomas who was called Didymus, wasn’t with them when Jesus came. 25 Therefore the other disciples told him, “We have seen the lord.” But he told them, “If I don’t see the marks of the nails in his hands and put my finger in the mark of the nails and put my hands in his side, I certainly won’t believe.”
26 And after eight days the disciples were inside and Thomas was with them. With the doors closed Jesus comes and stood in the middle and said, “Peace to you.” 27 Then he says to Thomas, "Put your finger here and see my hands and bring your hand and put it in my side, and don't be unbelieving but rather believing." 28 Thomas answered and said to him, "My lord and my God." 29 Jesus said to him, "Because you've seen me you've believed? Happy are those who don't see and they believe."

According to John 20: 30-31: The Purpose of the Book
30 Therefore indeed Jesus did many and other miracles before [his] disciples, which aren't written in this book: 31 and these things are written so that you [may] believe that Jesus is the Christ the son of God, and so that believing you may have eternal life in his name.

According to John 21: 1-14: The Appearance of Jesus to the Seven Disciples
1 After these things Jesus showed himself to the disciples again on the sea of Tiberius: and he appeared thus. 2 Simon Peter and Thomas called Didymus and Nathanael from Cana of Galilee and Zebedee’s sons and two others of his disciples were together. 3 Simon Peter tells them, “I’m going fishing.” They tell him, “We’ll come and be with you.” They went out and got into the boat, and that night they caught nothing. 4 And as it became morning Jesus was standing on the shore, but they didn’t know it is Jesus. 5 Therefore [the] Jesus says to them, “Children, don’t you have any fish?” They answered him, “No.” 6 And he said to them, “Throw the nets to the right side of the boat, and you will find.” Therefore they threw them, and they could no longer drag one fish from the mass of fish. 7 Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved says to Peter, “It is the lord.” Therefore when Simon Peter heard that it is the lord he saved his outer garment, for he was married, and threw himself into the sea, 8 and the other disciples came with the boat, for they were far from land, rather about 200 cubits, dragging the net of fish. 9 Therefore as they got onto the land they see a fire and fish cooking and bread. 10 Jesus says to them, “Bring some of the fish you caught now.” 11 Therefore Peter got in the boat and dragged ashore the net full of 153 big fish: and there were so many the net didn’t hold. 12 Jesus says to them, “Come eat breakfast.” And none of the disciples dared to question him, “Who are you?” seeing that it is the lord. 13 Jesus comes and takes the bread and gave it to them, and the fish likewise. 14 This was now the third time Jesus was shown to the disciples raised from the dead.

According to John 21: 15-19: Jesus and Peter
15 Therefore when they ate Jesus says to Simon Peter, “Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?” He says to him, “Yes lord, you know that I’m your friend.” He says to him, “Feed my lambs.” 16 He says to him again a second time, “Simon son of John, do you love me?” He says to him, “Yes lord, you know that I’m your friend.” He says to him, “Take care of my sheep.” 17 A third time he says to him, “Simon son of John, are you my friend?” And he says to him, “Lord, you know everything, you know that I’m your friend.” [Jesus] says to him, “Feed my sheep. 18 Truly, truly I tell you, when you were young you dressed yourself and went where you wanted: but when you are old, they will bind your hands and another will lead you and bring you where you don't want to go." 19 And he said this predicting that the killing would glorify God. And having said this he says to him, "Follow me."

According to John 21: 20-25: Jesus and the Beloved Disciple
20 Turning Peter sees the disciple whom Jesus loves following, who also lay on his chest at the dinner and said, “Lord, who is your betrayer?” 21 Therefore seeing this one Peter says to Jesus, “Lord, and what about this one?” 22 Jesus says to him, “If I want him to remain until I come, what is it to you? You follow me.” 23 Therefore this word went out to the brothers, that that disciple wouldn't die: but Jesus didn't tell him that he wouldn't die but "If I want him to remain until I come[, what is it to you?'"
24 This is the disciple who witnessed about these things and who writes these things, and we know that his testimony is true.
25 And there are also many other things that Jesus did, that if written in one document, not all the world could contain the written books.
