According to Matthew 9: 27-31: The Healing of Two Blind Men
27 And passing by that place two blind (men) followed Jesus [himself] calling out and saying, "Have mercy on hus, son of David." 28 And coming into the house the blind (men) approached him, and Jesus says to them, "Do you believe that I can do this?" They say to him, "Yes(,) lord." 29 Then he touched their eyes saying, "According to your faith it will be to you." 30 And there eyes were opened. And Jesus rebuked them saying, "You see(, but) let them percieve nothing." 31 But going out they spread it around in all that land.

According to Matthew 9: 32-34
32 But when they went out behold they brought him a deaf (and) demon-possessed man. 33 And when the demon was expelled the the deaf (man) spoke. And the crowds were amazed saying, "Never has such appeared in Israel." 34 But the Pharisees said, "By the authority of demons he casts out demons."

According to Matthew 9: 35- 38
35 And Jesus went around all the cities and the regions teaching in their synagogues and preaching the good news of the kingdom and healing all disease and all sickness.
36 But seeing the crowds he had compassion on them, because they were distressed and helpless(,) like sheep without a shepherd. 37 Then he says to his disciples, "Indeed the harvest is great but the workers few; 38 therefore pray to the lord of the harvest as he sends out workers into his harvest."

According to Matthew 10: 1-4: The Mission of the Twelve
1 And summoning his twelve disciples he gave them authority over unclean spirits in order to cast them out and to heal all illness and disease.
2 And the names of the twelve apostles are these: first Simon who (is) called Peter and Andrew his brother, and James (son) of Zebedee and John his brother, 3 Philip and Bartholemew, Thomas and Matthew the tax collector, James (son) of Alpheus(,) and Thaddeus, 4 Simon the Zealot and Judas Iscariot(,) even his betrayer.

According to Matthew 10: 5-15: The Commissioning of the Twelve
5 Jesus sent out these twelve commanding them(,) saying, "Do not go into a city of gentiles and do not enter a city of Samaritans: 6 but go rather to the flock(,) those sent away of Israel's house. 7 But preach as you go(,) saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is coming.' 8 Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons: you have recieved without cost, (now) give without cost. 9 Do not put* gold(,) nor silver(,) nor copper into your belts, 10 do not (take) a bag into the road(,) nor two tunics(,) nor sandals(,) nor a staff: for the worker (is) worthy of his food. 11 But into whichever city or village you go, look for someone who is worthy in herself: in that place remain until you leave. 12 But as you come into the house greet her: 13 and if indeed the owner of the house is worthy, your peace will come on her, but if she is not worthy, your peace will return to you. 14 And whoever does not welcome you nor hear your words, (then) as you leave that house or city, shake the dust (from) your feet. 15 Truly I tell you, it will be (more) tolerable (for) the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgement than that city.

According to Matthew 10: 16-25: Coming Persecution
16 Behold(,) I send you out as sheep among wolves: therefore become wise as the snakes and innocent as the doves. 17 And watch out for men: for they will deliver you to the sanhedrin and whip you in the synagogues: 18 and you will be led before rulers and also kings for my sake in testimony to them and to the gentiles. 19 But when they arrest you, do not worry how or what you will say: 20 for you are not speaking but rather the spirit of your father speaks in you. 21 And brother will betray brother to death and father (betray) child, and child will turn against parents and kill them. 22 And you will be hated by all on account of my name: but he who endures to this end will be saved. 23 But when they persecute you in one city, flee into another: for truly I tell you, do not endure the cities of Israel until the coming of the son of man.
24 The disciple is not above the teacher nor the servant above his master. 25 It is enough for the student that he becomes as his teacher and the servant as his master. If the master of the house calls upon Beelzebul, how much more (will) the members of his household.

According to Matthew 10: 26-31: Whom to Fear
26 Therefore do not fear them: for no one is hidden who will not be revealed and in secret who will not be known. 27 He who says to you in the darkness, 'Speak in the light' and he whom you hear in the ear, preach from the rooftops. 28 And do not fear him who kills the body but not the soul: rather fear him who has power to destroy the soul and the body in gehenna. 29 Indeed (are) not two sparrows sold for one penny? And one of them does not fall to the earth apart from the knowledge and will of your father. 30 And also all the hairs of your head have been numbered. 31 Therefore do not fear: you are worth more than many sparrows.

According to Matthew 10: 34-39: Not Peace, but a Sword
34 Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth: I came not to bring peace but war. 35 For I came to turn
a man against his father and a daughter against her mother and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law, 36 and a man's enemies (become) is household.
37 A loving father or mother concerning me is not worthy of me, and a loving son or daughter concerning me is not worthy of me: 38 and he who does not take his cross anf follow after me, he is not worthy of me. 39 He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for my sake will find it.

According to Matthew 10: 40- 11: 1: Rewards
40 He who welcomes you welcomes me, and he who welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me. 41 He who welcomes a prophet in the prophet's name recieves the prophet's reward, and he who welcomes a righteous (man) in the righteous (man's) name recieves the righteous (man's) reward. 42 And whoever gives only a cup of cold water to drink to one of these little ones, truly I tell you, he will not lose his reward.
1 And when Jesus finished giving instructions to his twelve disciples, it happened (that) he handed down his teaching and preaching in their cities.

According to Matthew 11: 2-19: The Messengers from John the Baptist
2 But (while) John was in jail he heard of Christ's deeds (and) sending through his disciples 3 said to him, "Are you the one who is coming or should we wait for another?" 4 And answering Jesus told them, "Go (and) report to John what you hear and see: 5 the blind see again and the lame walk, lepers are cleansed and deaf (men) hear, and the dead get up and the poor hear the good news: 6 and blessed is whoever is not caused to sin (when) in me."
7 But Jesus began to say of these comings to the crowds around John, "Why did you go out into the desert to be seen? (Are you) a reed shaken by the wind? 8 But rather what did you go out to see? A man clothed in softness? Behold(,) those who are wearing luxurious things in the houses of the kingdoms. 9 Rather what did you go out to see? A prophet? I tell you surely, even more than a prophet. 10 This is not written regarding,
Behold I send my angel before your face, who prepares your way before you.
11 Truly I tell you: a man greater than John the Baptisthas not arisen among all mankind: but in the kingdom of heaven the last is greater than he. 12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers and has suffered (those) attacking her. 13 For all the prophets and the law until John have proclaimed God's message: 14 and if you wish to welcome, he is Elijah who is about to come. 15 He who has ears let him hear.
16 But what will it be like in this generation? It is like children sitting in the marketplace who appear to others 17 saying,
We played the flute to you and you did not dance, we sang a dirge and you did not mourn.
18 For John did not come eating or drinking, and they say, "He has a demon." 19 The son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, "Behold a gluttonous and drunkard man, a lover of tax collectors and sinners." And wisdom would acquit them from their works.

According to Matthew 11: 20-24: Woes to Unrepentant Sinners
20 Then he began to denounce the cities in which most of his miracles were done, since they had not repented: 21 "Woe to you, Chorazin, woe to you, Bethsaida: since if the signs that came on you had been (seen) in Tyre and Sidon, they (would have) repented in sackcloth and ashes long ago. 22 Nevertheless I tell you, Tyre and Sidon will be more tolerable in the day of judgement than you. 23 And you, Capernaum,
will heaven not be exalted? until you descend to hades:
since if the miracles that came on you had been seen in Sodom, they would have remained until the sign. 24 Nevertheless I tell you that the land of Sodom will be more tolerable in the day of judgement than you.

25 In that time Jesus answered (and) said, "I praise you, father, lord of heaven and earth, because you hid these things from the wise and intelligent and revealed them to infants: 26 surely(,) father, since thus favor is before you.
27 All things have been passed down to me by my father, and no one understands the son except the father, nor does anyone know the father except the son and whomever the son pleads to reveal (him to).
28 Come to me(,) all those working hard and heavy laden, and I will refresh you. 29 Take my yoke upon yourselves and learn from me, since I am gentle and humble of heart, and you will find rest for your souls: 30 for my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

According to Matthew 12: 1-8: Plucking Grain on the Sabbath
1 In that time(,) on the sabbath(,) Jesus was walking through the grainfields: and his disciples were hungry and began to pluck heads of grain and eat (them). 2 But seeing (this) the Pharisees said to him, "Behold your disciples are doing what is not lawful to do on the sabbath." 3 But he told them, " Have you not read of what David did when he and those with him were hungry, 4 how they entered the house of God and devoured the bread offered to God, which it is not lawful for him or those with him to eat(,) except for the priests alone? 5 Or have you not read in the law that on the sabbath the priests in the temple desecrate and are not guilty? 6 But I tell you that in this place the priest is greater. 7 And if you know what is*, 'Mercy I desire and not sacrifice', you would not condemn desecrators. 8 For the lord of the sabbath is the son of man.

According to Matthew 12: 9-14: The Man with a Withered Hand
9 And leaving that place he went into their synagogues: 10 and behold a man who had a withered hand. And he asked of him saying, "Is it unlawful to heal on the sabbath?" (This was) so that they might accuse him. 11 But he said to him, "What sort of man among you is there(,) who if his sheep falls into this pit on the sabbath will not take hold of it and raise it up? 12 Therefore how much more a man is worth than a sheep. So it is fitting to do good on the sabbath." 13 Then he says to the man, "Stretch out your hand." And he extended (it) and it was restored to health as the other. 14 But going out the Pharisees plotted to seize him in such a manner that they might kill him.
